Today God has blessed me to preach his message at KAH SDA Church in the A.Y Department, although i am not a good preacher but i am glad that God is using me & my family some way the other for his work, So i thought that i should share this message with you too with the help of my blog. The Message is about "To Go Forward with God's (Covenant)".
COVENANT:
A Covenant is a formal agreement between two or more parties to perform or not to perform some action. In (Bible) Its an agreement between God and his people in which God makes certain promises and requires certain behavior from them in return.
DANIEL 9:4 - 1
I Prayed to the Lord my God and Confessed: " O Lord, The Great and Awesome God, Who keeps his Covenant of Love with all who love him and obey his commands.
And in Deuteronomy 7:9, 7:12, Psalm 89:28. It is Written ( Know therefore that the Lord your God; he is the faithful God, Keep his Covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commands.
If we further see that in (Bible) 1 John 4:7-21 there God is saying love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.
Psalmist also says in Psalm 107:43 - Whoever is wise, let him heed (Pay close attention) these things and consider the great love of the Lord. see also Psalm 108:4, 52:8, 89:2.
Now above all these thoughts in Matthew 3:17, Mark 1:11, Mark 9:7 and Luke 3:22. God show his love by proclaiming " And the holy spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove and a voice came from heaven "You are my son, whom I love; with you I am well Pleased." God has given his only begotten son.
Moreover Jesus is also showing humanity by living that how to love God in; Luke 10:27, Matthew 22:37, Mark 12:30 and Deuteronomy 6:5. "Love the Lord your God with all your Heart, with all your soul, with all your strength and with all your mind.
And in return to all this, The Reward of loving God will be: 1 Corinthians 2:9, 1 John 2:5, 1 John 4:17. "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him" -
