Today while attaching the document in my outlook message windows I come across the Alert Message that "The attachment size exceeds the allowable limit". The default limit is 20 MB which is right for some internet services provider. But if you know that your ISP has given you the limit up to 30MB or 50 MB to send larger attachments then you can edit the registry to allow larger limits.

Open the registry editor and browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook \Preferences
Add a new DWORD value:MaximumAttachmentSize
Unlimited message size uses a value of 0. for specific message size enter the value in KB like 30 MB (30000)
